A: Understanding List of Contents Tasks: Role-Based Triggers and Supply Scenarios

Role: Main CC or Back-Up CC if Main CC role is not in the study
Objective: Understand how List of Content tasks a generated, including the different scenarios to complete.


There are three types of "List of Contents" tasks that are triggered under different circumstances:

  1. List of Contents Notification:

  2. List of Contents - (Role Name):

    • Triggered after completing the nurse selection task, choosing a new search, and selecting the role for which supplies are needed.
  3. List of Contents:



List of Contents Submitted, Supply Needed

  1. Open the "List of Contents" Task:

    • Navigate to the "Tasks Overview" section.
    • Open the "List of Contents" task.
    • A task "Supply Information" is created.
  2. Submit the Form:

    • Answer the question "Supply needed" with "Yes".
    • Upload the List of Contents file.

Outcome:


List of Contents Submitted, Supply Not Needed


  1. Open the "List of Contents" Task:

    • Navigate to the "Tasks Overview" section.
    • Open the "List of Contents" task.
    • No new tasks are created.
  2. Submit the Form:

    • Answer the question "Supply needed" with "No".

Outcome:

  • No additional tasks are generated, indicating that no supplies are needed based on the submitted list of contents.
