Role: Main CC or Back-Up CC if Main CC role is not in the study
Objective: Understand how List of Content tasks a generated, including the different scenarios to complete.
There are three types of "List of Contents" tasks that are triggered under different circumstances:
List of Contents Notification:
- Triggered after adding the participant to the study based on the homecare visit request by the site, the system will send automatically an email towards HCV.Supplies@futuremeds.com to inform.
List of Contents - (Role Name):
- Triggered after completing the nurse selection task, choosing a new search, and selecting the role for which supplies are needed.
List of Contents:
- Triggered after completing the nurse identification task and choosing an existing nurse. Learn more in this article.
- Generated two weeks before the visit window start of a planned visit. Learn more about visit planning in this article.
List of Contents Submitted, Supply Needed
Open the "List of Contents" Task:
- Navigate to the "Tasks Overview" section.
- Open the "List of Contents" task.
- A task "Supply Information" is created.
Submit the Form:
- Answer the question "Supply needed" with "Yes".
- Upload the List of Contents file.
Outcome:
- The system generates a "Supply Information" task, indicating that supplies are needed based on the submitted list of contents.
- The system will send automatically an email notification to: HCV.Supplies@futuremeds.com
List of Contents Submitted, Supply Not Needed
Open the "List of Contents" Task:
- Navigate to the "Tasks Overview" section.
- Open the "List of Contents" task.
- No new tasks are created.
Submit the Form:
- Answer the question "Supply needed" with "No".
Outcome:
- No additional tasks are generated, indicating that no supplies are needed based on the submitted list of contents.
