C: Site Engagement Continuation: Training Task Outcomes and Next Steps

In this article, we provide more explanation about the site training scenarios. This task will be created based on the Site Outreach task case 4. The video at the end of the article includes scenario 3 as an instruction.


Scenario: Handling Site Training Tasks

Role: Country Coordinator (CC)
Objective: Manage the outcome of site training and update the site status accordingly within the study environment.


Case 1: Site Training Is Not Required

  1. Based on the previous step, a "Site Training"task is automatically created.
    • Open this task from the "Tasks Overview".
  2. Submit the form and answer the question "Site training required" with "No".


Outcome:

  • The site status is updated to "Active".


You can verify this under the "Sites" tab on the left side.


Case 2: Site Training Is Required but Was Not Successful

  1. Open the completed "Site Training" task from the "Tasks Overview".
    • Use the filter on the left to show tasks with status "Completed".  
    • Open the task and click "Re-open" in the top right corner.
  2. Submit the form and answer the questions:
    • "Site training required" with "Yes"  
    • "Site successfully trained?" with "No"


Outcome:

  • The site status is updated to "Declined".


You can verify this under the "Sites" tab on the left side.


Case 3: Site Training Is Required and Was Successful

  1. Open the completed "Site Training" task from the "Tasks Overview".
    • Use the filter on the left to show tasks with status "Completed".  
    • Open the task and click "Re-open" in the top right corner.
  2. Submit the form and answer the questions:
    • "Site training required" with "Yes"  
    • "Site successfully trained?" with "Yes"


Outcome:

  • The site status is updated to "Active".


You can verify this under the "Sites" tab on the left side.


Next step in the process is Homecare Visit Request when the status of the Site is ''Active''.
